Personal data administrator:<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The controller of personal data, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC ( General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (OJ EU L No. 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, and the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018.1000) is Agnieszka Kowalczyk, ul. Personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Purpose and basis for data processing:<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Personal data are processed by the administrator in order to answer questions sent via the contact form, via e-mail or to send a newsletter to the provided e-mail address pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Type of data processed:<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

a\/ name, surname, company name
b\/ e-mail adress<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to answer a question asked via the form or to use the newsletter service.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Recipients of personal data:<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Personal data may be made available to the following entities:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

a\/ providing accounting, legal or advisory services to the administrator;
b\/ operating IT systems;
c\/ state authorities or other entities authorized under the law, at their request, in order to fulfill the administrator’s obligations.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Data storage period:<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Personal data is stored no longer than is necessary to answer the inquiry sent via the form, and in the case of the newsletter service, the Administrator processes Users’ personal data only to the extent necessary for the proper provision of the Newsletter Service.
Personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent will be processed until it is withdrawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rights in relation to the transferred data:<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The data subject has the right to:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

a\/ access to your personal data,
b\/ rectification of data,
c\/ deletion or restriction of data processing
d\/ object to processing, as well as the right to transfer data,
e\/ withdrawal of consent (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal)
f\/ submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) in connection with data processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to modify the personal data provided or withdraw consent, the User should send an e-mail to the Administrator at kontakt@akocoaching.pl with a request to change his or her personal data, at the same time indicating the manner in which this change should be made.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cookie policy:<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cookies should be understood as IT data stored on users’ end devices, used to save specific settings and data by the user’s web browser in order to use websites. These files enable the user’s device to be recognized and the website displayed appropriately, ensuring maximum comfort during its use. Storing cookies allows the website and the offer to be properly prepared in terms of user preferences – the server recognizes and remembers, among others: preferences such as: visits, clicks, previous activities.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Administrator does not automatically collect any data, except for anonymous data contained in cookies, when using the Website.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cookies are not used to identify users and their identity is not established on their basis.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cookies are intended for the correct use of the website pages and are used in particular to operate the contact form and newsletter.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
